Order stuck on "Completely shipped" for 10 business days.
I made an order on Nov 27th and after two days it went to completely shipped, and is now stuck there, with no tracking number or any updates. I am aware that means it has only been transferred to their warehouse, and not that it was actually shipped. But still, I was told that I would get a tracking number within 10 business days of ordering but still i have nothing.

Nevermind, a few minutes after I posted that Fedex emailed me my tracking number. There still isnt one in my account on fanatec website.
I'm having the same issue... Placed order on 11/30 and still stuck with 'Completely Shipped' notice but no tracking number... Hopefully, I will see this actually get shipped soon. I don't know why they would indicate that the products have been shipped if that is not actually the case.
placed an order on the 25th of November been stuck on completely shipped. no tracking number, no answers to emails, social media pages, or direct messages. its past the 10th business day mark.
My order from the 23rd is the same. 3 weeks today.
