My order is stuck on completely shipped
Hi I ordered and I haven’t gotten my tracking number and my order has been stuck on completely shipped when are we getting any updates about the shipping? and customer support is not working either so idk who to ask.

Sorry to say welcome to the club. About a month too and no signal from Fanatec or any movement on my order
The message Fanatec has been saying is ten business days from date of Completely Shipped a tracking number should be available.
