Black Friday order with 2.5x wheel
Is there anyone who has a black friday order with the 2.5x wheel and has received it yet? Or has anyone received any information about delivery?
I have an order that includes the 2.5x wheel, and have not yet received any information about it.
If you did received some information, did you payment method did you use? It seems to me that people who paid with PayPal did get the delivery details. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No just an order that includes the 2.5x wheel. I think that it doesn't matter if there is anything else in the order.
If you ordered the 2.5x, APM and button caps on black friday, there was an error in the discount on the 2.5x, so all of them orders have been cancelled. So yes, it did matter if something else was on the order
Most probably they are out of stock on the 2.5x wheel, I see that a lot of orders, including mine, with that wheel didn't receive a tracking number and are at "completely shipped" status.
If you look at the website for that wheel you will see that is open for preorders and the date is Jan 29, 2024. So probably we'll have to wait a looong time for the orders that include that wheel.
Yes, of course not the orders with the APM and the button caps. Because we know that these orders are canceled. I mean every other item.
Well, you never said what other items were/were not ordered.... one can never assume anything
That is a guess. It would be wrong of Fanatec to create thousands of orders with the 2.5x wheel, and have hundreds in stock.
So as long as they don't give a 3th update of the Black Friday orders we don't know what's going on with these orders.
Yes, of course is a guess, but it is a big coincidence that most of the orders with that wheel have no tracking number, regardless when they were ordered.
are there any new on the DD+ release? I preOrdered and paid the full amount of 999€ at the 20th of october, since than silence. Would be cool when Fanatec would be cool to the peops who stands behind them, I mean who will thrust Fanatec in the situation we got now. I was one of them and I give Fanatec alot of thrust but it wouldnt be nice when Fanatec kick that with their feets :(
ordered various things along with the 2.5x on the 24th, supposedly getting delivered today in Northern ireland.
I had an order with this steering wheel. this was completely canceled by Fanatec and the money was transferred back. I hope I get another answer from them because I would like the other things that were also reduced because of Black Friday, like the pedals. Does anyone know what went wrong with these orders??

i ordered a lot of things with the v2.5x . They could contact people with that or give the option to cancel just that wheel or automaticly refund that part

I have ordered V2.5X with APM and Button Caps on Black Friday
My order has been cancelled.
The money has NOT been refund.
I would still like to order all these items with Black Friday price (without the Bundle discount Error) for Christms Gift, but Absolutely no reply from FANATEC.
I am not responsible for this error, and I don't understand why it takes so long for Fanatec to reply !
Quite disappointing really.

I have ordered the Formula v2.5x with QR1 on Nov 24
I haven't even received the UPS track number yet.
I've already sent 3 emails to which they don't even deign to respond.
I will wait a little longer after which I will proceed with reporting the goods not received to the Mastercard circuit asking for their intervention.
Yes I'm in the same position as you extremely annoyed with how they have handled it. I'm waiting on a reply myself. I also lost out on the exchange rate when my refund was sent back through PayPal.
Another V2.5X buyer here. My order changed status to "Completely shipped" two weeks ago, but I am still lacking any kind of tracking number or whatsoever. Disappointing logistics and customer service.
