Hello,

My female USB b entrance on the back of the base direct drive system is loose. The connection goes in and out, once I get it to a stable position my PC still does not recognize the device. Can’t see it under printers&devies. Is the loose usb entrance on the back of the base the culprit for connectivity issue?
