ClubSport Pedals V3 inverted Stop Working

Hi, my ClubSport Pedals V3 inverted pedal set suddenly stopped working in the middle of a race. Since then I have tried everything. I checked the cables (by disconnecting and reconnecting them), I replaced the USB connection cable, I tried to replace the old driver (451) and reinstall the new 454 but nothing helped. I'm convinced it's a hardware problem. I would therefore like to know the procedure required to send the product to a Fanatec assistance center in Europe. A thousand thanks
