Can someone kindly tell me what this means?
My order says COMPLETELY SHIPPED (via FedEx) but posts a blue box with an i inside and the following to the left of it:
"Note: Tracking numbers are only visible on desktop or desktop view on smartphones!"
?????
The invoice I received via email stated:
"Our warehouse is currently preparing your shipment. Once it has left our warehouse, your tracking number will be visible in your account in your order details."

that message is just for a info that user should know that tracking number may not pop up when using smartphone mobile browser
This is no longer the case, now the tracking number is also visible from the smartphone in non-desktop mode.
I have tried every way I know how to log onto the order page and the tracking number does not show up.
How does one access the order page "on desktop or desktop view on smartphones"?
I have logged on to the website via web browser on mac and PC, iOS and also downloaded an app for iOS that resulted in precisely ZERO tracking numbers available for viewing.
I am not stupid, so what am I missing?
if you not see a tracking number , it means they not give you that
Tracking numbers usually take several working days at least to appear once it shows as completely shipped.
if user is from germany, it could be that he may not get that fast enough or if he even gets that
