Finally got my order and they didnt put the pedals i ordered in. I been waiting for freaking ages and now i still cant use any of the gear i have. Fanatec is the worst company i have ever dealt with

If you read this FANATEC, my order number is 1770176. Send me my DAMN pedals. Never been so angry with a company in my life, i have paid for the pedals and the customs charges for an item that was no in the shipment.
have you checked how many packages you were due to receive? i had something similar when i got my order. My QR2 was shipped the next day. worth checking UPS which details all individual tracking numbers for each item.
it happens sometimes that other items could be deliver at next day
for me for example happen with CSL DD
that desk clamp come at one day and it was like hey where is rest off stuff but next day come other stuff. it was weird experience for sure
i did check, there were 3 boxes and i got all 3
