Reimbursement of iRacing subscription

So now I am one month past original ship date of Nov 7 for the CS DD, which has now been 'completely shipped' for 8 days with no tracking number. I know, 10 days grace period is Sunday so I have that to look forward to.
To whom shall I put to the attention of for the reimbursement of my iRacing subscription cost?

try paying for 3 months of iracing beacuse they shipped u a broken wheel base and then took 2 months {and counting} to get you a replacement. there ran by toddlers that just make up excuses instead of doing what needs to be done
Sorry to hear that Brandon, hope you get it resolved soon.
I have little faith Fanatec will do anything to make this right as it appears to me the feeling is we as consumers should feel privileged to buy their product and don't deserve much more. ie customer service at a minimum.
Yes, in the scope of what is going on in the world it is very, very small in comparison. Although I have found sim racing to be a tremendous escape from reality and quite frankly really miss it.
