Is the support page working? (technical problems with Clubsport DD)
Hi there,
I need technical support for my new Clubsport DD which has problems to detect the F1 ESport V2 wheel.
How can I write a ticket and be sure support recieves it?
When I press "submit request" the page refreshes and all my data I wrote is lost. No conformation, that my ticket was created correctly.

For me it worked fine. Go to your "My products" tab, then find our CS DD base (be sure to put your serial number before) and you can open a ticked directly from that place. You should receive automatic e-mail that your ticked has been placed.
So far so good, I did the exact procces but wothout recieving an email...
So I found a solution, after many tries. With Firefox it's not possible for me to send support tickets. Edge did work.
Good to hear that you fond solution. I am always using Edge so I did not even think about it :)
