very poor business management.
ive been waiting for almost two weeks for a tracking number, i purschased this as i gift for my son and i have to tell him everyday that it hasnt been shipped the face of disappointment he puts on breaks my heart. yoo guys keep saying black friday sale has been backing everything up, thats nopt the customers fault you guys should be able to keep up orders and stop blaming the sale. if my order doesnt ship out this week i will be calling consumer affairs.

So now they blame Black Friday? Bullsh"t, I orderd 12 september and still havent gotten anything (82 days ago). Worst costumerservice I EVER experienced, and I've experienced maaaany!!
you or anyone else should not wait that long. unless you ordered pre order stuff
Was the item you ordered a pre order or was it a regular in stock item? I know they often push back pre order dates but usually in stock items ship quickly aside from the black friday orders.
