Only payment method is Pre-payment?
Anyone know what the possible reason for my account only having Pre-payment (bank transfer) as the only payment option? I had no choice but to select it during the BF sale. I was able to submit an order and even got the confirmation email but the section where it should say how to pay was blank. Anyone else ever had this happen before?

Fanatec has your payment option hidden in your account. There you should have more options and there you have the choice which method to use during checkout.
During a checkout it only shows your selected payment method... Welcome to Fanatec Logic!
Even in my account settings, the only option is bank transfer 😞
