Who else received an email about your CSDD order being stuck?
after preordering on the day it was announced, I received an email saying that my order was stuck due to technical difficulties.
with no sign of when I’ll get it, I can’t cancel, and my money is tied up.
How do they keep getting away with this?

USA - Yup, same here being stuck since Nov 10 on a Oct 21 order date
I didn’t get an email but mine is stuck as well. An official comment would be nice.
The worst thing is this is a new technical difficulty, on top of all of Fanatec's other existing documented difficulties.
If you learn anything from this, it should be to not to trust a thing they say in their updates because it's magical thinking - the truth is they have no plan - they are like a man with a fork in a world of soup!
No doubt they'll send the new boy along to spin a tale of working tirelessly and asking those waiting to be patient.
