Why does Fanatec use service centers located in houses in the middle of nowhere?
It's really strange that Fanatec use these odd service centers near Byron Bay to be their main service hub in Australia. I have sent my wheelbase off to them twice and when I googled the address, they are just old houses in remote country towns. Both times i received my wheelbase back and it was still faulty. Obviously very little post repair testing is carried out. Why wouldn't they use a larger more professional outfits to process their claims? I have nothing against small businesses, but they don't seem to be doing a good job and the whole process takes weeks. Also, both times they came back saying it was the main PCB. Even though the main PCB was replaced 2 weeks before. I really don't think they are even trying.
