DISUGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. MISSING QR 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE.

Honestly, Fanatec you are a terrible business that really doesn't care about customers once you've taken their money. I've heard of the legendary bad customer service, and now I'm a victim.

I bought CSL Universal Hub V2 at the beginning of September. The hub arrived at the end of Sept, missing the QR Lite. I contacted support, and received no reply. I contacted support two weeks later, and was told it was a glitch in your system, and it will be dealt with swiftly.

Nothing, absolutely nothing has arrived and it's nearly December.

Well, Fanatec live up to their horrible reputation. Thanks for nothing. Long time customer LOST forever.

    I have nothing to do with Fanatec and only a customer for a couple of years, I really like the products and clearly they are in a difficult place but things are improving.
