It happens to me too. Have to have to create a new account and then it works. But it’s still a no go that you have to create a new one… should be fixed on fanatics side but they wouldn’t I guess.
I have the same problem. I bought and paid yesterday with PayPal (>24h). The payment was successfull but I didn't receive mail and in my account oder section there isn't order.
I wrote immediately an email but at the moment no answer from FANATEC.

Same here, too many people at the same time? What did you try to buy?
Did you use PayPal as the payment method? That dindt work for me. I changed it to payment in advance and then my order could be placed.
