How are fanatec still in business?
I know this post is me just venting but how on earth have fanatec not been investigated for their shipping practices is just beyond me. They are taking payments for orders that they can not fulfill and feeding us some bullshit about logistics problems. This is entirely fanatec's own fault they should have shut down taking new orders until old orders have been fulfilled. I can promise you now to anyone who happens to be reading this from fanatec I WILL NEVER buy anything again from your company the way you handle your customers is downright disgusting. Putting completely shipped on my order is inexcusable when it's not even been picked by the warehouse staff. I don't care if you have a disclaimer on your website stop using that system. You really need to fix these orders and give us what we paid for it's not acceptable

I recently purchased some Fanatec gear for the first time and right away found it strange how quickly they take your money and update status to "completely shipped" , but a tracking label hasn't even been created yet let alone items actually being shipped.
Hopefully my stuff arrives eventually.

Mine sat at completely shipped for like 3 weeks. Then 5 different tracking numbers showed up and all the packages were delivered separately over the course of 2 weeks. Why wouldn't you just fucking put it all in one box? Make's no fucking sense.
Certainly confusing to say the least.
I'm most annoyed that they didn't ship purchases from well before Black Friday out, before discounting the same items on Black Friday. But then won't allow a cancel/re-order at the lower prices because they falsely claim the items have already shipped (they haven't).
