Does anyone get the issue where Fanatec website auto-signs you out of your account?
I made an order yesterday and after paying (this bit caused a delay while I was waiting for bank authorization code) - it went back to the a screen saying something about account not found.
Anyway, the order went through, money has come out - but I have no email confirmation or order number. I've sent support an email but has this happened to anyone else? No idea when they'll get back to me

The only confirmation of anything has been the My Order page. As far as e-mails are concerned it has only been notifying of an issue, like a delay, unfortunately.
Did you pay via PayPal ?
Not PayPal, it was Visa Debit. They definitely have my order, because the payment went through. It just floating around somewhere unallocated - hope they don't just cancel. I will provide update here once support reply in-case it helps anyone else

Support finally got back to me and by simply saying "the shifter and adaptor is available on the website" - they didn't even read my email or understand the problem. Now to wait another 5 days for a response
Yes, and I bought it again…i’m waiting ups tracking
