Ready2Race bundle... mising a package

How crazy is buying a bundle and receive 4 packages separately and one is missing.
The CSL DD 8Nm never arrived and no tracking number of that item. But already paid.
Been already near a month with very weak communication. Feel trapped on this.
How comes that I buy many things from different parts of the world and never get any issue. Getting some stuff from Germany -> Spain and facing this. Can't believe how un-professional are this guys.
The DD never arrived and despite I sent them proof that never has been sent (pictures of the boxes with the ID of UPS), they never agree that they never sent it. :/
Sorry guys, but needed to express myself in the community.

Update December the 7. They told me 13 days ago to make pressure on warehouse.
Since that mail, nothing else. Radio silence.
day 48 since my order. 3 weeks since fanatec contacted me by email. No more info from them. :/
