Seeking clarity on shipping delay 'Update 2'

Would someone from Fanatec mind clarifying if this includes "open shipments" that are not part of the Quick Release order mix-ups? I can't tell if this refers to to only orders that were shipped with wrong Quick Releases/had items missing or all orders that are anticipated to be resolved by the end of the week (which is today).
