Seeking clarity on shipping delay 'Update 2'

Would someone from Fanatec mind clarifying if this includes "open shipments" that are not part of the Quick Release order mix-ups? I can't tell if this refers to to only orders that were shipped with wrong Quick Releases/had items missing or all orders that are anticipated to be resolved by the end of the week (which is today).

Thanks, yeah they are rushed off their feet so much the updates come out inconsistently in random places.
No way all open orders will be sorted this week.
Well my QR2 order wasn't shipped - no info as of yet, so as it's Friday evening they've missed their own target. Again.
I spoke to UPS Germany today and was told they have not been notified to collect my order even though I have a tracking number and a shipping label has been created. Infuriating is an understatement.
