Order still not delivered - Germany
Hello anyone from Fanatec, I have placed an order of Fanatec shifter and handbrake on 6th of October with delivery address in Germany but still did not receive tracking number or any shipment update.
Is it possible to that there is such a delay even in Germany?
Problem for me is that I live in Serbia actually and my brother works in Germany and this order needs to be delivered to him so he can bring it to me beginning of November. If I don't have tracking number this or next week latest, I am afraid I will need to cancel my order.

placed 2 orders on 14.10.2023. on order arrived 19.10.2023 the other one today 20.10.2023.
5 working days its totaly fine for me.
Hello. I just did that and unfortunately my order is returning to sender, my brother had missed them. I have written email to UPS maybe we can organize so they can send it again. There was no any info about tracking from them or from Fanatec, so this is really unfortunate. I was planning to redirect order to UPS Access Point since my brother is working long hours and he is beraely home.
I hope someone from Fanatec sees this so they can help me.
