Reimbursement, your experience?

Good evening,
I am calling on people who have already made a reimbursement request from fanatec.
It's already been 11 days since I made the request online using the recommended link.
Of course, apart from an automated email informing me of an overload of requests and a response time of 3 to 5 days, nothing follows.
Who in my case has already received a response?
Should I take the lead and return the material at my own expense or will they, when they feel like it, send me shipping labels?
at UPS the return of 6 packages would cost me 200€ and if I put everything in a large box around 100€ :(

Requested return of an order of 3 QR2s (cannot use as they could not fulfill my DD order) via the official link on Oct 12, got the automated email, so far no communication. They allow returns within 14 days of product receipt, that will be the 27th. Wonder if I will get any communication before then.
As they state on their page, the date of the mail is important for accepting your return, so don't worry about the 27th.
