FAILED SHIPMENT, NO RESPONSE TO CONTACT, BANK INSTRUCTED TO GET MONEY BACK
So after weeks of waiting, failed shipment due to missing paper work and being faced with nothing but automated emails, live chat with just myself and no one from fanatec and a number to call that is a waste of time. I have instructed the bank to get my money back and they are looking into this right now.
All i wanted was my order but all I have got is stress, money taken out of my account and when any news was aired to the masses it was nothing but failed promises and a laugh to mine and many other peoples faces.
So I hope fanatec read this as i WILL get money back from you guys and I wont ever order from you again!
