Hello together,

I wrote you an email WEEKS ago with the request to send me a spare part. I have something broken. Partly it is also self-inflicted.

I broke this frame of the button and I do not know where to buy something like that.

If I could buy it somewhere else, I would. I understand if you are busy, but how long do you have to wait for feedback? I was thinking about sending you an envelope with 5€ euros in the mail so I can get this little part.

I am a bit at a loss :(
