Does anybody received this message from Fanatec related to orders ?

I ordered 29th August, CSL DD, wheels, etc...
Order sent back to the warehouse 2nd October, for missing custom clearance papers.
No replies from Fanatec, phone, emails...since then, you know the story....
Now I receive this today: I never ordered a QR1, it was free, included with one of the wheels I ordered.
Please note that you will not receive a payment reminder for this order.
Non-payment will hold back your order.
Does anyone received this kind of email previously?
The 'Joke' here is if I don't pay 0 Euro, my shipment will be held, seriously ???

If you talking about the bank information, the only thing you can do is send them money, nothing much else.
