Vibrating Pedals and rF2

Hello!

Cant understand, I have read a lot of people saying that the vibrating motors of the break and throttle work with wheel spin or wheel lock.

It does not work for me, looking for info I have found that Fanalab is outdated, and on the readme file I have found this:

So, I do not understand, why to some people works and for me does not work, and... here it says it won't work..

Someone could help me, please!
