UK returned orders! Fanatec has finally spoken.
“I have a tracking number, but never received my order. Why? What are my options?
A number of orders placed in September going to the UK and Switzerland were impacted by incomplete export documentation. Where UPS was unable to resolve the matter, they returned the orders to our logistics partner. Here the shipments are registered and processed based on customer feedback. We provide the warehouse with daily updates on this matter, for example whether a customer wants an order reshipped or refunded. As each return has to be handled on a case-by-case basis, the turnaround time is slower than where we'd like it to be. However, it is important to give each case the attention it deserves.
If you are affected by a case like this and haven't done so already, please let our team know how you would like us to proceed.”

This is just crazy. I've sent them no less than 4 emails since my order was returned to their warehouse. I haven't had a single acknowledgement or reply. Now they're making out like they've been holding our items because we haven't told them what to do.
I believe if i made that mistake i would be reaching out myself to the affected to resolve it and not the other way around.
Well, I want my order....but how can I tell them that if they don't respond to emails.
I think it would be nice of them to throw us some qr2s or something as compensation for this. I ordered on the 30th of August and haven't received and communication apart from my track8ng stating my order has been returned to base.

I guess it IS our fault for ordering from Fanatec when we already knew they were melting down.
This is a joke! The customers have to contact them ?? HOW ?? With no possibility to do so (no replies to support emails + they do not take phone calls to supposedly answer to emails, which they don't ! )
The goods were returned/delivered to the warehouse on 2nd October for missing clearance information, for my case Switzerland, ordered 29th August.
Why wouldn't they just add the missing documents and ship it back directly ? I really can't understand. Each communication is worse than the previous ones. Mindblowing
so now it is down to the customer responsibility ??? Really???
What a mess!
All these public statements, posted on their site, are not aimed at you, who are suffering this situation, but at all the other potential customers who are about to purchase their products, and who may have heard pessimistic rumors.
They are basically telling the world that they themselves are the victims of an unfortunate situation from some customers who like to complain about the fantastic Fanatec products. They are marketing geniuses, their public statements are essentially aimed at all those who are not aware of the facts.
The exact same situation repeats itself cyclically, the last time in the first months of 2022, yet you purchased without knowing anything. Now people have been angry for more than a month, yet many other people continue to buy from them unaware of everything.
Has anyone managed to get a direct response from Fanatec about reshipping?
I've sent several emails asking them to reship my item with the correct customs documents but they are completely ignoring me.
