Hi,


I can't seem to access Fanalab's tuning menu. My sim has been in storage for a year due to a home renovation. Can't figure this out. Pics below of what I see. Also, uninstalled fanalab, redownloaded and installed, newest drivesrs for DD2 in place. Any help appreciated!

    This looks like a driver issue.

    Which driver version do you use? Which firmware is flashed on the base?

    When you open the driver control panel, is everything detected properly there?

    Try to repair the driver install or uninstall the driver and reinstall it (with the base powered on).

    Drivers updated… then started the firmware updates… all worked except for the motor… now fan blasting at 100% and it’s basically bricked.
