Getting ignored :(
Having sent a CSL DD base back under RMA I'm now getting ignored when trying to find out if they / when they are sending it back to me after a week of them acknowledging a minor issue (replacing the D Clamp on the shaft as it kept disconnecting).
Also ordered a CSL V2 Hub and new wheel in September...no news on when that is ever going to ship.
I've emailed 4 times about the RMA, gotten nothing back. Tried to call the helpline number but then they have a voicemail saying they are not taking calls. I understand there are shipping delays, and I get that may impact timeframes, but getting completely ignored is super unprofessional and just crap customer service.
All I want is an update on when to expect my product back. Good luck if anyone else has an RMA or order in...
