CSL Load Cell wan't upgrade

Hi at all, I have this problem, my CSL Load cell brake wan't upgrade. It's connected via USB at my PC and is recognized on Fanatec app. The app notify me a new firmware for this device, i make all the procedure, but wan't upgrade. After the procedure appera a successfully message and the pedals disconnects from pc but the firmware is the old one. I must disconnect and riconnect him manually. How i can solve.
