No responses to complaints

I ordered two QR1s and received two QR lites. Messages to Fanatec remain unanswered. And now they announce 14 days to process messages. Unacceptable!!!
They should stop orders if they cannot deal with the problems related to them.

  • Well they are stopping orders, but not intentionally!

    I've been trying to place an order for a week and all I get is the "an error occurred while processing payment" message over and over again!

    And yes, I've had no response from support whatsoever via support tickets, forum or Twitter. It's like they're all just burying their heads in the sand and hoping we'll all go away and stop being angry at them!

  • Just curious, have you cleared your cache of your browser? Tried on a different computer?

  • Cleared cache, gone incognito, tried a different browser, even a different computer - nothing works!

    I've bought loads of kit from the site via PayPal in the past with no problems whatsoever.

    My issue isn't that there's a problem. My issue is that no one at Fanatec wants to address the problem or even respond to the customers having to deal with it.
