Error processing your payment...
So no one at Fanatec is going to address or even comment on us not being able to place an order on the site?
Are you guys just going to ignore every question about the "error processing payment" issue?
I've asked about this on here, via your support, and on Twitter and have been roundly ignored everywhere.
You have loyal, regular customers who want to buy your product, but your website is so broken that we can't, and your support is so bad that no one will even acknowledge the problem, let alone suggest a solution.
This is not the path to customer satisfaction or brand recommendation.

make sure you not have any limits running at bank
Try using another browser, or clear your browsing data.
If you are religious you might consider this to be a sign.
I'm using PayPal so no issues with limits or banks, and not having payment issues via PayPal anywhere else.
Tried a different browser, tried clearing cache, tried incognito, tried accepting cookes, etc. Nothing works.
If it's meant to be a sign that I shouldn't be spending money I don't have, that ship sailed a while back 😂
But it's Fanatec's complete disregard for its customers that want to actually spend money that's most baffling. We're not talking about Fanatec support ignoring customers with after-sales issues, we're talking about ignoreing customers who are trying to spend money but aren't able to 🙄
I received an error processing payment. Tried again a few hours later and it worked. My issue now is, I checked my credit card and found out I was actually charged for the first purchase (but it doesn't show on fanatecs order page)
Tried calling Fanatec and they are unavailable. Email - No response, Facebook - No response, Twitter- No response.
Annoying
Thankfully I don't have dozens of charges on my PayPal account - I've been periodically checking to make sure 🤞
Still can't place an order though, which you'd think would be a concern to a company that doesn't let you buy their products any other way!
I should have used Paypal. But I used my credit card instead ugh
well, why you not contact with your bank then?
we are in may 2024 ... and the problem is still there ... it's annoying because the Ready 2 race package are really interesting ... maybe i will try with Moza then ...
