The Path of Pacification?
A brief post here before going to bed, which may seem pointless but will relieve me and calm my nerves.
Many of us are currently in turmoil, waiting for our orders, or even just a tracking number. I am also in this situation. I've spent around 1800 euros at Fanatec since September 14th. I've only received the order confirmation, and I'm still waiting for a tracking number...
Being dissatisfied is natural, of course! However, I've decided to stop "crying foul" and to be patient for as long as it takes. I've decided to stop reading the discontent on this forum.
Why did I ultimately choose Fanatec? Personally, I find their equipment to be of very good quality. I was looking for something compatible with my PC and Xbox, and Moza didn't satisfy me as much in terms of power (5NM) and compatibility with more powerful models.
The only thing that concerns me in the end is the fear of being scammed... (I paid through PayPal, so I'm a bit more at ease). However, I don't think there's anyone, or even several people, who have never received their equipment ? If that's the case, I hope they will come forward...
So, in the end... Despite our discontent and the fact that it is absolutely unacceptable for Fanatec to treat its customers this way, which undoubtedly tarnishes their reputation, all we can do is wait... Getting upset (as I am) is pointless. Insulting and threatening them isn't either... Writing them emails over and over won't help either... On the contrary, it will only prolong this uncomfortable situation for everyone...
I hope that in the end, everything will be resolved, and everyone here will receive their equipment and be happy with it. I look forward, on my part, to meeting some of you on a racetrack.
Courage and patience to all.

Great post :)
People need to calm down a bit. Fanatec has been around for years, and are sponsoring some quite big motorsports events. There is absolutely no reason for them to suddenly start scamming people...
I´ve ordered quite a bit from them during the past six years, and sometimes items were shipped quickly, sometimes there was a holdup somewhere. But I have always received what I ordered. The few times I have needed support, they responded in a timely fashion, and my issues were resolved.
Currently I'm waiting for some QR2 bits. I got an email after ordering informing me about shipping delays, so I'm fine with that.
Also keep in mind that Fanatec is a German company, and German business culture might be different from what you are used to in your part in the world.
Errors might happen, but Fanatec are not crooks, and the will not steal your money ;)
yeah , they typed warehouse processing delays about 5 days,
but if this goes 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, .... then something is very wrong
