A nightmare of experience lost delivery 0 help

After ordering 3 weeks ago and pay good money for the premium bundle the order get shipped in 2 different UPS shipments both with UPS and both with wrong postal code (mistake from Fanatec) only the base made it to my front door mind you without the power unit, rest of the items are lost and officially declared lost in transit from UPS.

No way to reach Fanatec via phone or any answer from them via email, after spending 1600 € i find myself forced to do a claim via American Express.

Fanatec great products but worst logistics and worst costumer experience in a very long time.
