Stuck in CAL mode and don't have a wheel with a tuning menu button

As the title states I'm stuck in CAL mode. I've tried several button sequences to get into the tuning menu and change from Xbox mode back to PC but none have worked. Any suggestions?

what steering wheel you have?
it would be good to know what Fanatec devices you have
if you have that new one then that cal button is located at here
