Spiky output on all three csl pedals

I was playing beamng.drive and realized that my pedals are spiking from about 5% of output on all three of my pedals. https://youtu.be/yLAOsqGWiLU Anybody have a fix?

    fanatec does support build in calibration from windows. i not have that usb what you have soo i not know if it works for that.

    if that windows standard calibration not pops up for you, you could try uninstall the fanatec drivers and try again
