How can I tell if my support ticket has been registered?
Hi,
I put in a support ticket today, it didnt say anything on screen that it had been confirmed- I didnt receive a confirmation email either.
Is someone at Fanatec able to confirm they have received my ticket?

You should receive quite fast an email with the topic "Your Fanatec Support Request".
Also on the website where you wrote the request, if you send it there should be something like "you support has been received" or sumfin kinda like that.
