hi i opened fanatec control panel and it said new driver update i pressed update it downloaded and pc restarted it that gave me the option to update the base which i did it then came up no response from the device, operation failed. my base screen went black and now the fan is continuously running. im a complete newby with pc and fanatec help would be appreciated. base is a dd1
