GT DD Pro Wheel stopped working

Product is about 45 days old. I got the DD Pro bundle for PS5 GT7. During play I stopped getting forced feedback, which really was the wheel losing power. I was able to reboot, went back to game and same thing after only a few turns. Reboot, tried a different car/track, same thing after a few turns. Eventiually all buttons stopped working and had to shut done using PS5 controller. I connected the system to the PC and said there were firmware updates thinking a solution could be there. After that the Wizard no longer recognizes a wheel and I tried to do the recommended firmware uninstall reinstall, with no luck. Really disappointed with the product right now.
Any thoughts on this? The wheel base works fine. Bad connection? Again, this is maybe 45 days old! This shouldn't be happening.

I'm having the same problem. PC no longer recognizes the wheel base, even with updated firmware.

I was two races away from finishing Gran Turismo 7 "World GT Series Championship" when mine stopped working. I thought I would have to finish using a PS5 controller!
