Fanatec, WHERE IS MY ORDER??????

End of March - ordered my CSL DD bundle.
Beginning of this week - chased Fanatec several times by email and received response from Fanatec stating that the estimated delivery date is today (16.04.23).
Order status - 'Completely shipped'.
No tracking number nor any further email from Fanatec and UPS received as of yet.
I've arranged delivery to my workplace, which on a sunday (today) is closed. I am currently heading out towards my workplace to arrange collection, but I don't even know the timing of the delivery and better yet, if it will be delivered at all today! I can't be waiting around all day at my work place hoping that it will be delivered without not having any further information.
I am extremely annoyed to say the least.
Fanatec - GET BACK TO ME IMMEDIATELY. WHAT A BLUNDER.
