Clubsport F1 Esports V2 issue with counter display

Hey all,


I hope to find a solution to my issue.

I received my CSL DD and installed everything yesterday with the wheel I ordered few months ago (the clubsport F1 esport V2).

But I have an issue with the display, please check the video I made using the 7-Seg display test on the Fanatec software https://vimeo.com/813829809


Is it the wheel which has an issue or... ? I installed everything following the guidelines and even try to reinstall eveyrything without success...

    If in the LED test not all segments work it's highly likely the wheel is broken.

    Contact support to get it replaced/repaired.

    I have the V1 and when I first plugged it in it showed what it was, yesterday it showed as the formula carbon.

    everything still ran the same but bugs me that it now shows a different product!
