Universal Hub V2 vs CSL Hub shifters

Hello. As I understood from the web side description, the CSL hub comes with a spring paddle shifters and Clubsport Universal hub comes with magnetic shifters, is that correct?

Another thing I want to ask. Is there any point in buying a ClubSport Magnetic Paddle Module for the Clubsport Universal Hub?

And lastly. What were they main improvements for the Universal Hub V1 ? Any significant changes in a universal hub v2?
