Best Fanatec steering wheel paddles?

Hello, I am thinking of upgrading my CSL Elite wheelbase to a Podium DD1

I currently have the entry level CSL Steering Wheel P1 - I can't really use the paddles on this wheel at all as I get hand cramp so wondering what has nice paddles, preferably something with a short throw and that doesn't require a lot of exertion etc

Alternatively I may just buy the Fanatec Shifter

I like the advanced paddle module. Many wheels are compatible.
