Calibrating V3 pedals inconsistency

So I moved some stuff around on my setup, requiring me to unplug my pedals. Sadly, when I plugged them back in, the calibration is completely different. In the menu where you can set the brake force on the lowest setting I'm not even able anymore to reach more than 60% even tho before I could reach 100% with 50 brake force.
So I was forced to use the manual calibration (seen below) where I can't tell what I'm doing other than vaguely set a max and a min.
What I'm getting at is why is there not a number here that we can type, so we can fall back and use the same number if the settings were to reset. It's upsetting that I now have to get used to a “new brake pedal”.
Also, how come that when I change the slider in the picture above, so I can set brake force that I can not even reach 100% brake on the lowest setting (Min and also tried 1) even tho before I could?

Might all be because you seem to be on a very old driver.
Make sure to update to newest driver 449 where the whole calibration stuff looks very different.
Also, make sure to connect the pedals via USB ONLY to update to newest pedal Firmware and afterwards disconnect USB and connect it via RJ12 to the base directly for proper BRF adjustment and set pedal calibration to manual mode.
Here, the newest driver is 447. And I have 447. But I can try to use a newer beta version. Might as well, since my calibration is different now anyway, and I can't brake anymore.
Well, update is done, 449 is now installed. Absolutely nothing changed.
Because you have the pedals connected via USB.
BRF however is an exclusive feature for LC pedals connected to the Base directly.
I can access BRF settings if I want to. And I was using BRF the whole time before and the pedals were connected via USB. As i said in my story above but now when I have BRF selected even tho I was using 50% BRF before now even on 1% I cannot reach 100% brake input. And before I could reach 100% brake with 50% BRF.
It's impossible that you have BRF in the Tuning Menu when pedals are connected via USB.
What you can have is a Software based BRF Slider in the Driver while being in automatic mode where you cant calibrate anything.
That's a totally different BRF than the one you get in the Tuning Menu when the pedals are connected via RJ12 to the base.
I'm able to reach 100% again with the BRF setting. Thanks for the help. I still wonder why I wasn't able to reach 100% brake when it wasn't plugged into my wheel also why could I reach 100% brake before I moved my pc and unplugged my pedals and plugged it back in.
