V3 pedals suddenly stopped working

in Pedals 
My V3 pedals suddenly stopped working with Dirt Rally and since then my Pc has not detected the pedals, I need help. My base and wheel and Shifters work perfectly. I think it may be the board, but there is no way to contact someone from fanatec
