Need to send hub back for a repair

Im trying to figure out which route on the website to go to explain I have a physical issue with my new hub not a software. The two tightening screws both fell out. No threads at all. Not crossed threaded either Im at a loss. Its under warranty I just can only find ways of submitting or discussing software issues. Any help from costomer services would be appreciated.
