Usb adapter doesn"t show pedals

I have the V3 clubsport pedals and i recently had to purchase the usb adapter to plug them directly into my pc. When I launch the control panel i get this

Is their a way to fix this so that it shows pedals

    Dont know why you purchased the USB Adapter because the CSP v3 are NOT supposed to be used with a USB Adapter! This wont work, the Adapter does not support them.

    They have a dedicated USB Port directly on the PCBA for a USB connection to a PC.

    you could just read the quick guide, that would solve this problem
