Hi just purchased Blue F1 podium bundle and says at checkout that F1 2020 bonus is sold out? It's a digital licence, how could it be sold out?

Well, them being a partner, it's completely plausible that they only get so many digital keys to sponsor with their products.
Keys are limited so yes, sold out
It has showed that many times and will probably come back.
