Checked out products at black friday few, money was taken but redirected back to maintenance mode

Hello,
I've bought some products now at black friday sale (at the few minutes it was abilable), paid the order, confirmed, money taken and redirected back to the site to maintenance mode.
What now? This is a joke!

I think the site haven't confirmed my payment, because technically (due to maintenance mode) it doesn't get the information that I've payed. It was put to maintenance mode while I confirmed the payment 2FA.
I've sent an e-mail to webshop@fanatec.com and wise support. We will see, thanks. :) I'm just afraid that I can't buy on sale prices if it won't show up on the site in orders.
If you check your payment method and see if the payment was made it means that your order was registered.. if the money wasn't taken, then unfortunately your order didn't went thru
The money was taken, I'm just not sure that the website was notified about it, because they put it back in maintenance mode, so I guess the API was offline.
We will see, I've contacted wise support to not do automatic chargeback and sent an e-mail to webshop@fanatec.com about the order. I will check the site when it will come back online.

Normally when you make an order and you pay you'll receive an email from Fanatec confirming your order.
Check your email that you use in the Fanatec profile.

I didn't get the e-mail, this is why I'm worried. Probably the web site/web api would sent the e-mail but it was already in maintenance mode, so instead of order confirmation at the redirection from the payment site I was redirected back to the main page with maintenance. So the record probably doesn't exist in Fanatec's database.
They started the chargeback, so I will put a new order. Thanks for the support to be this quick.
I will wait with my order now, until the webshop stabilizes.
