HELP!! Issues with Podium Racing wheel F1 Ps4 and Clubsport Elite pedals v3

I have recently purchased the Podium bundle and I cannot get the centre paddles to work with up and downshifting and the pedals are not working at all when on PS4 playing GT7.

I have updated to the latest firmware and tried various configurations with no joy.

Patience is running very thin.
