Another order question
Hey guys, I have put in a order for some v3 pedals. But I did not get a confirmation from the website nor can I find the order on the site. The Transaction processed thru paypal, so they have collected the money. I have no idea if the pedals are to be shipped or if I need to request a refund. Does Fanatec have any customer support for this? I have emailed several times with no response.

There can be a delay in your order being posted as the team process all the orders coming in. How long ago did you place the order?
May 31. I made a order for a podium setup and it showed up right away.
If the pedals were "Ready to Ship" when ordered they will ship as soon as the sales team and warehouse process the order. If you have already sent emails to webshop@fanatec.com they will respond.
